1. What is a safelist?
A safelist is a mailing list where all members can mail to each other. These emails cannot be considered as spam because every member has opted in and comfirmed their email adress. A safelist can be used to advertise websites, business opportunities and so forth.

2. Do safelists really work?
Definitely! Some of the largest Internet Marketers in the world started their businesses thanks to safelists. It is still a recommended strategy used by some of the top Internet Marketers today. EliteSafelist is consistently ranked as one of the best by multiple ranking websites.

3. How does the credit based mailer work?
With the credit based mailer you can email your ads to the entire safelist up to 6 times a day (depending on your membership level) as long as you have credits left. This is a powerful feature because it allows you to save your credits and use them whenever you want to.

4. What is 1 credit worth?
1 credit is 1 member of the list you can send your ads to.

5. How can I earn credits?
You can earn credits by referring others to our Safelist and by clicking on special links inside emails that you receive from our Safelist.

7. How does the Ad Rotation System work?
When you add your banner or ad to ARS, It will be put in rotation with the ads of other members and will be randomly displayed on the site every time a page is loaded.

8. Who can use the ARS?
The ARS is available to all members of EliteSafelist

9. What does it cost for my ad to be displayed?
It will cost you 1-3 mailing credits for every ad or banner impression you get. The cost varies depending on your membership type.

10. What kind of banners or ads can I display with ARS?
You can display any ad or banner as long as it doesn't violate the EliteSafelist terms and conditions.

11. I didn't receive my verification links. How can I get them resent to me?
You can log into your account and visit your account information. On that page you will find a link where you can request your verification links to be resent.

12. I sent a support request, how long will it take for a response?
While you will probably receive a response much sooner, please allow 24 hours for a reply. If you do not receive one by then, it's possible our reply was sent to your trash, spam filters, or somehow did not make it to you. Please resubmit your support question in this case.

13. I am an upgraded member and would like to cancel my subscription. How do I do that?
Cancelling an upgrade at EliteSafelist is simple. Paypal currently processes all of our payments. You simply need to log into your paypal account and cancel your subscription and you will no longer be billed. Please note that deleting your Elite Safelist will not cancel your payments. You must cancel your subscription at paypal to stop being billed.

14. I no longer wish to be a member of Elite Safelist, how do my delete my Elite Safelist account?
Log into your EliteSafelist account and visit the Account Information section. You will find a button to delete your account. Simply click that button, confirm your removal, and your account will be removed. Please note that by deleting your account, you agree to forfeit all credits, upgrades, downlines, commissions, and information regarding your account. These will not be restored under any circumstance.
